Jon bon Jovi, famous American singer, guitarist, actor and songwriter often titled as the ” Sexiest Rock Star” was scheduled to perform with his band at Loews South Beach but tested positive just before the show and had to cancel the show.
The show was part of a 3-day Halloween celebration organized by Runway tours. Jon Bon Jovi was fully vaccinated but infected by a mild illness. Matt Bongiovi declared that Bon Jovi “feels great” but he would not be performing the show and will be headed to “bed”. The band were fast tested negative just before the event and played without Bon Jovi for the audience. The audience was also asked to show proofs that they are fully vaccinated and tested negative in COVID-19 test. The audience asked for ticket refund after the show cancellation but their requests were let down.
The sports commentator Maria Garcia-Mella Cid, made a post on Instagram stated that a new date has been scheduled and added, “We made the most of it despite the major disappointment. When life gives you lemons … ask for tequila and salt!”
A video was shooted after the test in which the singer was seen leaving the Loewes Miami Beach hotel on Collins Avenue in a yellow Maserati. Reports state that it is not the first time Bon Jovi is infected by coronavirus. The singer will not be scheduled with other events in near future and will stay isolated until he is totally healthy.
He was vaccinated but still infected because the vaccine is not 100% effective. Safety measures are still required to be followed. One major benefit is that vaccinated people do not face any critical serious problems in almost 99% cases, they can just be infected by mild infection.
