Microsoft Office 365 is an online subscription service for businesses, education institutions, and government organizations that started in July of 2017.

The Software as a Service includes various apps such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook. It is used by more than a million companies worldwide.

Having said that, many Microsoft Office 365 subscribers are now complaining about delayed emails (1,2,3,4,5).

While some are stuck on ‘Pending’ or ‘Getting status’ when trying to send or receive mails, others are getting DNS errors. Those affected are angry since the problem is hampering their productivity.

Below are a few reports from Microsoft Office 365 subscribers whose emails are getting delayed.

Thankfully, Microsoft Office 365 Support was quick to respond on the matter and said the developers are currently investigating the issue with some users getting delayed emails.

However, they did not share any timeframe of when the problem will be resolved.
