If you are a fan of Mortal Kombat, chances are pretty high you must have heard about the mobile version of the game.
Developed by NetherRealm and published by Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc, the title was released on both Android and iOS in 2015.
Mortal Kombat Mobile talent tree and teams getting reset
While the game is pretty stable, Mortal Kombat Mobile players are now reporting that the talent tree and teams are getting reset. User reports suggest the problem started after the recent v3.7.1 update.
It looks like teams and talent trees are getting reset every 24 hours, frustrating a lot of players. Below are some reports from Mortal Kombat Mobile players complaining about the talent tree getting reset.
Thankfully, we came across some workarounds that might temporarily help with the problem.
If you lost all talent points, make a preset and save it (even blank presets work), load the recent preset, and all your points should appear as intended.
The second workaround requires players to keep the game open when the trial timer resets, since it is reportedly helping many preserve their talent tree and consumables.
Gear removed as well
Adding to the trouble, many players say their gear is also removed after the latest update. This is making it hard for many to progress in the game.
Fortunately, WB Games Support commented on the problem and said Mortal Kombat Mobile developers are aware of the issue where the talent tree is getting reset and gear is removed after the recent update.
But they did not share any ETA of when it will be resolved. We hope they soon find out the reason why this is happening and fix it in the coming days.
As always, we will be updating this article when the issue is resolved so make sure you keep checking PiunikaWeb.
