Microsoft’s Outlook is one of the most comprehensive solutions if you are looking for a personal information manager and email client. With millions of users worldwide, it is available as part of the Microsoft Office Suite.

However, users have experienced problems like the web version missing next and previous arrows and the iOS app crashing after v4.2227.1 update.

That said, Outlook users are now reportedly getting an alert that says unusual account sign-in activity detected from Microsoft IP addresses (1,2,3,4,5).

Many said they tried logging out of all devices and signing in to just one device but the problem persists. It looks like enabling two factor authentication isn’t helping either.

Allegedly, Microsoft seems to be aware of the issue where Outlook users are getting unusual activity alerts and said they are working to fix the problem.

They also said that there is no need to change password as affected accounts as secure.

We hope Outlooks developers soon find out the root cause of the problem and fix it in the coming days.

As always, we will keep track of further developments on the matter and let you know as and when we stumble across more information so stay tuned.
