One For All is one of the most powerful Quirks known to exist in My Hero Academia. Created accidentally by All For One, One For All came into being when he passed on a Quirk to stockpile energy to his supposedly Quirkless brother.

To his surprise, his brother had a Quirk that allowed power to be passed from one generation to the other, and together, the two powers combined to form the incredible One For All. Given the nature of the power, this Quirk has had several users in My Hero Academia over the years, with Izuku Midoriya being its 9th and final user.

8 Yoichi Shigaraki

Yoichi Shigaraki was the first user of One For All and quite possibly the weakest of the lot. He is known to have been sickly and his brother, All For One, often took pity on him. After his brother passed on an energy stockpiling Quirk to him, Yoichi eventually went on to create the One For All.

How well he used this power isn’t known yet, however, it is a fact that One For All gets stronger the more it is passed down. That, combined with the fact that Yoichi didn’t have the toughest of bodies, makes him the weakest user of this power.

7 The Unnamed Users

One For All has had a total of 9 users so far, however, not every one of them has been named. While fans know the names of 7 of its users, the second and the third remain a mystery. As such, very little is known about their powers and their strength cannot be gauged properly.

Nonetheless, given that they had the power of One For All, they likely possessed immense strength that could overpower most people at its 100%. What’s more, the third user of the power also had the Fa Jin Quirk which allowed him to store kinetic energy and release it at a particular time, granting a significant boost in speed and power. It is possible that the third user was stronger than the second one. Evidently, they failed to defeat All For One and ended up passing on their Quirks to someone else.

6 Hikage Shinomori

The fourth user of the Quirk, Hikage Shinomori might not have been the strongest user of this power but he was definitely one of the most important. Hikage had a Quirk known as Danger Sense which allowed him to react to dangerous situations.

Essentially, his Quirk made it possible for him and future users to react to any incoming threat adequately by sensing it before the damage was done. While useful, it wasn’t enough to take All For One down, and consequently, Hikage spent most of his life trying to understand the powers of the Quirk.

5 Diagoro Banjo

The fifth user of One For All, Diagoro Banjo received this power from Hikage Shinomori. Unlike Hikage, he made full use of this power and even went up against All For One on certain occasions and barely survived death. In fact, he almost had his Quirk stolen on occasions.

Despite that, Diagoro Banjo was quite strong and well-respected, meaning his fighting prowess was greater than that of Hikage. His Quirk, called Blackwhip, was quite useful as it allowed him to produce streaks of whip-like energy which powered up through anger.

4 En

Following Diagoro Banjo, En became the next user of One For All as he happened to be in the right place at the right time for the transfer of power to take place. En himself had the power to use the Smokescreen Quirk which allowed him to create clouds of smoke to mask his location, making it quite incredible for both hero operations and combat.

En tried to fight All For One and on two occasions almost had his powers stolen. His exact strength remains unknown at the moment.

3 Nana Shimura

The seventh user of the One For All Quirk, Nana Shimura was quite a powerful woman, thanks to her receiving the Quirk from En before he died. Nana herself had the power of the Float Quirk which, as the name suggests, allowed her to levitate in mid-air.

This, when combined with the power of One For All, made her a force to be reckoned with. Sadly, Nana wasn’t strong enough to defeat All For One and was eventually killed in the battle against him.

2 Yagi Toshinori

Yagi Toshinori, also known as All Might, was once the Symbol of Peace in the world of My Hero Academia. He received the One For All Quirk from Nana Shimura and also inherited her will to save those in need.

Yagi made One For All his and mastered the power to a degree that no other user has up until now. At 100% of his power, he could fight and overpower All For One. In his prime, Yagi was powerful enough to defeat All For One. What’s more, as a last resort, Yagi could also tap into the power that was much greater than the 100% of One For All by surpassing all good limits.

1 Izuku Midoriya

Izuku Midoriya is the 9th and the final user of One For All and also the strongest of all. While Izuku hasn’t hit his prime yet, My Hero Academia is a story of how he became the Number One Hero, meaning he does acquire the position at some point and has likely surpassed All Might at that point.

Izuku is yet to completely master the power of One For All but when able to bring out 100% power, he is just as powerful as All Might. What’s more, One For All gets stronger with each generation, making his One For All stronger than All Might’s. On top of that, Izuku also has access to other Quirks that All Might does not possess. Thus, at his best, Izuku is superior to All Might, otherwise, he remains weaker.
