Channel 5 is a popular free-to-air television network available in the UK and is operated by ViacomCBS network UK and Australia.
This network has a free app by the name My5 TV, available for download on all major streaming devices.
Being free, and having a great archive of shows and thrillers is what makes the My5 TV app stand out and is the reason why they enjoy decent viewership figures.
There are reports lying on social media channels that do get a response from the official support of My5 but those false promises are of no use.
It was back in March when we spotted My5 official handle claiming that a fix was in the works but it is June now and there are no traces of a fix.
Whatever may be the case, it is the users who have to face the trouble. So, it’s better My5 comes up with a fix in time.
There is no ETA on when this would be rectified but we hope it doesn’t take too long.
