Buckle up because NCT 2021 is coming! On 13th November the NCT and NCT sub-unit has released the teaser of their third studio album, ‘Universe’ which will be released on December 14. The teaser is styled to look like a blueprint or project plan which spread a wave of anticipation among the fans.
The Neo Culture Technology was first announced by Lee Soo Man, the founder of SM Entertainment at SM’s Coex Artium during the ‘SMTown: New Culture Technology 2016’ press conference. NCT is one of the Most unique global group as it was formed with the idea to make a group with an infinite number of members, thus, new members are added every few years. NCT will make various collaborations and units between groups to allow the convenient movement of the members and debut in different countries all over the world.
When NCT made its debut there were only six members and then added more with time Luke Johnny was added in NCT 127 in 2017, Ken in NCT yearbook in 2018, Lucas and Jungjoo in 2019 and lastly Shotaro and Sungchan were added in 2020. But fans do not get to see the whole group together releasing new music instead they have made fixed sub-units such as NCT 127, NCT Dream, NCT U and WayV. That’s why the fans are full of excitement for it.
Moreover, at the same time SM Entertainment owning NCT, EXO and SHINee groups has collaborated with MGM Worldwide Television Group to organize a K-pop audition program in the USA. It will launch a K-pop boy group in US to promote itself and the new group will be a part of NCT family. The contestants will have to audition their singing, dancing, performing and other skills.
NCT as a full group has worked in the studio albums ‘NCT 2018 Empathy’ and ‘NCT 2020 Resonance’ and now ‘Universe’ teaser released at midnight KST on 13th November.
