Nisha Rawal was the first contestant to be revealed as a participant of Kanaga Ranut‘s reality TV show Lock Upp. The reality TV show is said to be highly controversial in nature and will be featuring that have had their share of controversies.
Nisha Rawal had a nasty split from her actor-husband Karan Mehra last year. She alleged domestic violence case on him and there was a huge controversy. Nisha was brutally trolled for publicly opening up on her nightmare. And now, in her lastest interaction, Nisha has opened up on the trolling that she faced after her split from Karan Mehra.
The actress mentioned, “I was vulnerable and I was taking and showing my vulnerabilities. That day there was a mother who was scared and was in pain, anguish and confused why life had to do this to her. That day I wanted to just lock myself behind a door and stay there forever but I came out and spoke. That requires courage and I am proud of it.”
The actress also mentioned that financial security is one of the reasons why she decided to participate in Ranaut’s controversial reality show Lock Upp, which is backed by Ekta Kapoor. Nisha was announced as the first confirmed contestant of the show, followed by other contestants, Stand-Up comedian Munawar Faruqui, Poonam Pandey, Babita Phogat, and Karanvir Bohra.
